My almost-new upmarket Nokia music phone in a lovely minimalist Zen purist white and grey, pristinely spotless, scratchless and newly-bought!

What can I say- it got smashed in my bag, and now there's a huge unfixable blip splattered across the screen- I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that it's actually an undecodable message from Mars, instead of an LCD screen crack.
